All candidates are screened by active security practitioners — not generalist HR staff. Screening covers certifications, hands-on skills in the required toolset, past engagement scope and complexity, and fit for the specific team. We only put candidates forward when we are confident they can perform the role.
Yes. We support permanent placements, fixed-term contracts, and interim staffing for roles that need to be filled quickly while a permanent search continues. For organizations that need immediate coverage, we can also provide secondment arrangements from our own consultant pool while the talent search is under way.
CyberHeals has an active talent network spanning the UK, Australia, Malaysia, the UAE, the USA, and India, with additional reach into the Gulf Cooperation Council and Southeast Asia markets. We can support placements in most major cybersecurity hiring markets. Roles requiring specific local certifications or clearances are scoped accordingly during the initial briefing.
Permanent placements are charged on a success-fee basis as a percentage of the placed candidate's first-year salary. Contract and interim staffing is billed on a day-rate or weekly-rate basis agreed upfront. There are no upfront retainer fees for standard permanent placements. We agree fees and guarantee terms in a short engagement letter before any search begins.
We need a role brief covering the responsibilities, required skills and certifications, seniority level, employment type, location, and compensation range. A short call with the hiring manager is ideal so we understand the team dynamic and technical context. From briefing to first shortlist typically takes five to ten business days for specialist roles.
